I submitted a session application. Now what?

• Finalists will get an email on Monday 8/4
  
• You will have time to make edits to your session details
  
• Session voting will begin Wednesday 8/6 and run through Wednesday 8/20
  
• Selected sessions will get an email before the schedule goes live
  
• If selected, we will provide a date, time, and venue for your session
  

What is session voting?

• For 2 weeks, the community will vote on which sessions we want to see in TCSW
  
• This helps us make the week's content truly by the community, for the community
  

Is there a cost to speak/do a session?

• No!
  
• We will provide the date, time, and venue for you
  

How important are the votes?

• We will use the votes each session receives to help determine the schedule
  
• However, votes are not the only factor in whether a session is selected
  

Will there be a template presentation provided?

• Yes! It will be in Google Slides
  
• We require all presenters to use it for consistency
  

When is the final deck due?

• September 29, 2025
  

Is there a time for sound check or ability to see the space?

• Yes, we will have you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session time for sound check and to get familiar with the space

What is the difference between General, VIP, and Spotlight?
