Refunds and transfers

Refund Policy.

Plain-language guidance for all-access week pass refunds, transfers, schedule changes, and support requests.

Last updated July 3, 2026

01 All-access week pass

The TCSW all-access week pass is currently planned as a $100 pass for Sept 14–18, 2026. Unless a different refund rule is shown at checkout, purchases are final after payment is completed.

02 When to contact us

Email hello@tcstartupweek.com if you believe there was a duplicate charge, billing error, accessibility concern, or exceptional circumstance. Include the purchaser email, date of purchase, and a short description of the issue.

03 Transfers

Pass transfers may be reviewed before the event begins if operationally possible. Transfers are not automatic and may require identity, email, payment, and Luma access updates before the pass can be used by another person.

04 Event schedule changes

TCSW may update individual events, hosts, venues, or schedule details. The week pass is tied to the overall TCSW event week, not a guaranteed seat at every individual event.

If the full event week is canceled or materially postponed, TCSW will communicate the available options through the website, email, Luma, or another official channel.

05 Processing timing

If a refund is approved, processing timing depends on Stripe, the card network, and the purchaser's bank. Any non-refundable payment processor fees or already-used benefits may affect the final amount where permitted by law.

06 Host listing and sponsorship payments

Host listing payments and sponsorship payments may have separate written terms, invoice terms, or sponsorship agreements. Those terms control when they conflict with this public attendee refund policy.
