Terms

Terms.

The operating terms for using the TCSW website, buying a pass, submitting host or sponsor interest, and participating in official event experiences.

Last updated July 3, 2026

01 Overview

These Terms apply to your use of the Twin Cities Startup Week website, attendee pass checkout, host application, sponsor inquiry forms, and related event services for TCSW '26. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

02 Attendee pass

The TCSW all-access week pass is intended to provide access to official TCSW attendee experiences during the event week. Individual hosted events may have capacity, venue, age, safety, registration, or host-specific requirements.

A pass does not guarantee admission to every individual event if a venue reaches capacity or if a host applies additional reasonable restrictions.

03 Host and sponsor submissions

Submitting a host application or sponsor inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, calendar placement, promotion, exclusivity, or sponsorship rights. TCSW reviews submissions for calendar fit, operational readiness, community value, timing, and available capacity.

If a host application is approved, TCSW may provide next steps for listing payment, Luma event setup, calendar placement, and promotion requirements.

04 Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and authorize the listed charge when you submit payment.

Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intentionally stored by TCSW on this website.

05 Event changes

TCSW may update speakers, venues, hosts, time windows, event descriptions, capacity rules, schedule details, access flows, or programming as event needs change.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the website, email, Luma, or other operational channels.

06 Community standards

Attendees, hosts, sponsors, and guests are expected to act professionally, follow venue rules, respect other participants, and comply with applicable law. TCSW may deny access or remove participants who create safety concerns, disrupt events, misuse the site, or violate these Terms.

07 Acceptable use

You may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with site operation, reverse engineer checkout or event access systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use the TCSW name in a misleading way.

08 Intellectual property

The TCSW name, website design, written content, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by TCSW or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or official status without permission.

09 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and event information are provided as-is and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCSW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, event participation, third-party services, or schedule changes.
